Position Overview
Implementation and management of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Equipment Reliability Improvement along with other components of the proactive maintenance model that may be assigned as demanded by the needs of the facility.
Principal Accountabilities:
45% - Support and lead a modified reliability centered maintenance analysis
30% - Lead a formal root cause failure analysis and correction program
15% - Work with engineering and OEMs to develop equipment and installation standards
10% - Provide direction and technical support for the maintenance planners

Requirements |
Required:
* Bachelors degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, electrical, agricultural, or aeronautical engineering or four years equivalent experience in RCM, predictive maintenance technologies, root cause analysis, and failure analysis.
* Three years experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
* Training and knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, tribology, etc.)
* Training and knowledge of management of proactive maintenance model
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems involving multiple technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams
