Qualified, interested candidates are being sought for the position of Reliability Coordinator, Process.

Maintenance and Reliability 40%

* Review all PM and PdM activities and develop an effective PM/PdM program for the department. Achieve best practice maintenance measures. Apply a proactive approach to world class maintenance.

* Oversee and monitor the performance and quality of equipment maintenance and reliability activities to ensure timely repairs and precision maintenance is executed.

* Assemble a maintenance schedule and coordinate work completion per the maintenance area requirements.

* Keep an accurate black log of required work.

* Assist in the planning and scheduling of routine work and schedule and manage all area shutdown work.

* Complete a monthly analysis of maintenance costs per areas you are responsible for.

* Develop and manage a proactive method to track maintenance spending.

* Ensure proper communication and coordination with other department mgrs. and maintenance coordinators to insure proper work is planned and scheduled.

* Management and permanent elimination of equipment reliability deviations (Root cause analysis). Routinely monitor in field operations of all equipment.

Safety Focus 20%

* Participate in Safety programs (BST, Contractor), and other proactive safety activities as outlined by the Safety Coordinator.

* Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives

* Complete thorough safety inspections of your area and of the assigned department on a monthly basis.

* Ensure all permits are completed and proper levels of approval are obtained for all planned and scheduled maintenance work.

* Manage department ECR list

Customer/Supplier Focus 20%

* Coordinate any planned and schedule maintenance work to ensure customer needs are always met.

* Work with department managers to understand how their area affects the customer.

* Manage any reliability deviations that may have an affect on customers.

* Fulfill any food safety monitoring requirements through maintenance planning.

Production Management and Process Improvement 20%

* Complete a trend analysis of lost production for your area and develop corrective actions to eliminate causes increase equipment/department reliability.

* Coordinate with department managers on critical reliability issues and completion of maintenance activities with respect to production needs.

* Assist with the trouble shooting and resolution of mechanical problems within the Process area.

* Review and analysis of monthly report data (24A, production, loss production, maintenance spending, CMO, etc.)


Requirements

Required

* Four year engineering/technical degree OR four years equivalent processing or production work experience.

* Minimum one production experience.

* Willingness to work in a production environment with flexible hours.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Willing to travel 5-10% of the time

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adverse conditions.

* Willingness and ability to support team based work environment.

* Initiative, pursuit of continuous learning, and ability to manage change.

* Strong mechanical knowledge, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Preferred

* Advanced safety knowledge, to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, or process safety management.

* Experience using computer software including IMS, AS400, Microsoft, PI.

* Knowledge of safety, environmental and food safety policies and practices.

* Coaching skills

* A belief and commitment in the "Self Directed Work Team" philosophy

* Supervisory experience

* Some working knowledge of a production facility (corn milling preferred)

* Risk management skills
