Position Overview
This position is accountable for the development and execution of Procurement strategy and tactics, for multiple Business Units including Corn Milling, CTS, Malt, and others. This position ensures alighnment, participation and execution of global sourcing strategics specific to the served business units. Total managed spend exceeds $800MM per year and includes MRO, Services, Packaging, Chemicals, Capital, Coal and miscellaneous spend. It oversees the tactical procure to pay responsibilities and initiatives.

Requirements |
Required:
Bachelor of Arts or Sciencs
10+ years Strategic Sourcing and contracting experience
8+ years procure to pay experience
Experience managing and/or leading teams
Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization and negotiation skills
