Basic Function

Take calls from Agents, Brokers, Policy Holders, and Providers to perform a variety of functions contributing to the retention of Company business. Support the claims and customer service process for all products administered by the companies to ensure quality, efficient and effective customer service to policyholders. Also, complete service request processing.

Ability to complete a 5 week training class: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Ability to work full time hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Full time = 38.75 hours per week
No Nights or Weekends!

Starting pay to be determined by bilingual language proficiency level


Requirements

* Must be able to type 35+ adjusted words per minute

* Must meet minimum required language proficiency

* Must have a stable work history

* Must have 1+ year of Call Center experience

* Proficient oral and written communication

* Demonstrated telephone skills and the ability to provide quality and thorough customer service

* Ability to multi-task, including interaction with customers while simultaneously documenting calls in a production environment

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, while adhering to attendance as required

* Decision-making, analytical and human relations skills

* Sound and independent judgment

* Understanding of computer systems with proficient keyboarding skills

* Good interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

* Detail oriented

* Good problem solving skills
